Do you sell to consumers?
No.  Sorry, we are not in the retail business.  We supply our quality products direct to our retail partners.  If you are a consumer please contact us by calling toll free at 1-800-688-7661 or email us with your location and we will let you know the closest retail partner.

How do I open an account?
You can apply by calling us toll free at 1-800-668-7661. You can also send us an email to info@bestimageoptical.com and request in written form your desire to open an account with us. 

How can I place an order?
The following steps will allow you to easily place an order:
1. Place your order on our website if you´re an authorized wholesaler or distributor. Just select the products you want, enter the quantity, and click ADD to Cart. Then, follow the steps and check out. Orders placed on our website will ship once payment is cleared.
2. Our sales representatives are also a phone call away. If you live within the U.S. you can call our toll-free number: 1-800-688-7661 or if you live outside the U.S. please call: 305-477-4707. We look forward hearing from you.
3. You can also fax your order request by to 1-800-213-6476.

How can I pay for my orders?
(Note: We accept payment by all major credit cards including American Express. A 3% surcharge will be added to all international orders when using a credit card. Unfortunately Best Image Optical must add this surcharge due to the surcharge placed on us when accepting international credit cards. To avoid this fee Best Image Optical gladly accepts wire transfers. Please call our customer service line: 1-800-668-7661 or 305-477-4707)

How do you ship? How do you charge shipping?
We ship orders worldwide via the most cost effective and reliable shipping methods available to your state or country. Shipping costs will depend on actual weight and dimensions of your order and your selected shipping carrier's standard rate.

Do you have free shipping?
No, under normal circumstances, the shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Do you have minimum order quantity requirement?
Yes, a minimum 12 piece order is required to open a new account, however after an account is established no minimum order is required for the lifetime of your account.

How can I obtain spare parts and catalogs?
All miscellaneous items request such as catalogs, nose pads, temples, patterns, etc. are complimentary of Best Image Optical; however, customers are responsible for shipping charges.
